How come there are so many &#8217;svchost.exe&#8217; processes on my Task Manager?
Good question.  The reason is because &#8217;svchost.exe&#8217; is a windows process.  Every time you have a windows service running, it will start a &#8217;svchost.exe&#8217; process for it.  It can&#8217;t be removed or deleted.  It is part of Windows.
