If your Internet Explorer starts in ‘No Add-ons’ mode, you might want to check your shortcut. Most likely, there is an “-extoff” after the explore.exe file.
To fix this, right click on the IE shortcut or icon and choose ‘Properties’. Edit the path link and remove the “-extoff” from the end of the path.
