How to flush dns cache on a MAC?

Below are instruction on how to flush out the dns cache on a MAC machine.

1. Start the ‘Terminal’

2. At the Terminal windows, type in ‘lookupd -flushcache’

* For MAC OS 10.5+, type in ‘dscacheutil -flushcache’
