How to change the time zone on Server Core?

So you noticed that the time and time zone is off on your Microsoft Server Core server and want to change it?

You can by typing the following command on the command prompt:  control timedate.cpl

This will open up the ‘Date and Time’ windows where you can adjust the time and time zone for the machine.
